| Review: | Very Poor Customer Support Service It was simple and easy enough to join and creating custom searches was also a snap. Overall, the quality of available women seemed pretty average and with their interest was more toward relationships and not erotic adventures. I was looking more for erotic adventure so this site does not appear to be for me. However, I only was able to view profiles when I signed up. I have not been able to log into the site ever since the first day I joined up which was in early March of 2009. I forgot my password (my fault as I did not write it down).Clicking the help link, forgot password, and sending my email for help in obtaining my password never gets me a reply. I have attempted this several times and no reply ever! I do not get any email sent to my junk folder and it never gets to my email inbox so the only thing I can surmise is this site does not have any customer support staff!! The other way to contact their customer support department is if you log into the site....but if I can't get into the site then I am S.O.L and also I can't delete my profile unless I also log into the site. Ultimately, it was my error in my being too excited about joining a free dating website and forgetting to write down my password but there should be a way to obtain a reply from a customer support dept for deleting a profile or getting the password. But it seems that most good people leave the site and move on to others because of the many racial threads that are allowed to run rampant. I find it odd that when someone counter-acts with a peaceful discussion, it gets shut down right away. Yet the racial forums thrive. Good people fighting on behalf of others being attacked seem to get suspended often. All the while the hate-filled people go on the loose. I don't see how you can find love in a place so full of hate. Especially when the hate is not moderated, but the peace is. This has happened to many many good people there. Besides you can not get an answer from customer service if your life depended on it. They really do not care about the people on their site. | Review: | Site owner is only about making money from sponsor This site was amazing when I first got on it. I had been on it for almost 2yrs. In that time Dustin(site owner) let fake profiles and crazy people take over the site, while the good people were deleted by a glitch in his computer system. I was deleted and my computer blocked for defending myself against a crazy woman that even came to another site to attack me. I would not recommend this site. There is a mob type behavior..........and 2 out of 3 profiles are fake. They are either a man posing as a woman to mess with men or woman using fake profiles to attack other woman. Just not a healthy place to have fun in the forums or to find a date. This site needs to get a moderator system like Mingle2.........it would be a lot better. Plus it would be nice if the owner of this site would answer your questions instead of reading them and then deleting them just like customer service. I would stay clear of this site. | Review: | This site HAD some potential-at first I was on this site for about 4 months. This has the nasty forums like plenty of fish but not quit as bad. And they do not seem to delete you like POF. But according to some people, there IS censorship. I never encoutered it on the fourms when I posted something. Now to the dating side of this site. I actually had women initiate contact. Somthing a paid site and POF did not do for me. I talked to one woman who admitted that she was interested in this guy that she has met. And my last attempt at getting a date was with a woman who initiated contact but had no photo and said nothing in her profile. But she kept e mailing me. She lived a bit too far but I thought why not and let's see where this might lead. So I got a photo- she is very pretty. Why did she not post it? And we talked. But then I noticed that after she called me an hour earlier than we had agreed on, she was shown to be on line on this site. I guess she had to get back to e mailing other guys. And I smelled something fishy. I have used personals a lot in the past and I usually know before I meet a woman if it is likely to work out or get a second date. And I forgot to ask my most important question-was she already dating anyone like so many women seem to do on these site. And she kept mentioning all the friends she had made . So i e mialed her and she admitted she DID have a boyfirnd in another state she just moved from. WTF? I hate women like that. Just another fake. The layout is nice. And it is free. And you MIGHT actually go out. I cancelled our meet and greet after I found out about the boyfriend. So this site has a bit of potential but there is not a huge selection living near me (I live in a major city). And they ALL seem to have kids which is a turnoff for me. And it is the usual 'I live for my kids and they will always be number one in my life' So a man will always be number two at best? There are multitudes of fakes and loonies in the site forums. One prolific mental case actually has 25 fake profiles posting in 'chat' and 'general discussion' areas of the site forums. He argues with himself on a regular basis, in a wide range of 'mindless' discussions and topics created by equally annoying and unsuspecting members. He is apparently using his numerous fake personalities as a ploy to accomplish something, but what that something is..may just be impossible to know. | Review: | It's actually free. You don't have to become a member to send email or reply or use the forumns unlike many other "free" sites. The site itself is very civil and dating oriented. Stupid "have sex with me tonight!" topics usually get flamed to death or ignored. This is not to say that sexual topics are frowned on, you just have to use some good sense and have a bit of taste. In running a search for single women within 50 miles (i think it goes over, but not up to 100mi) I got over 400+ (the cap for returns) for 18-27 300+ for 28-37 and 300+ for 38-48. Needless to say not all of them are still active. Did find a good many active profiles right in the same town as me. The age of course goes higher, but that gives you a general idea of the sites singles pool. As of right now there are 2300+ females and 3100+ males on. Give it a try, hell, it's free. | Review: | Was on this 2 days only, but may be potential. In my older age group there are slim pickings on any dating site. This one seemed just a little under average for numbers available if not being compared with Yahoo or match.com. One person I chatted with said he thought a lot of people came from Canada but I found many in Illinois. He told me that he has found everything to be FREE and that the site forum was "pretty neat" and fun. He also mentioned PlentyOfFish.com. I went there the next day and got a date immediately.
