This site HAD some potential-at first
I was on this site for about 4 months.
This has the nasty forums like plenty of fish but not quit as bad. And they do not seem to delete you like POF.
But according to some people, there IS censorship. I never encoutered it on the fourms when I posted something.
Now to the dating side of this site.
I actually had women initiate contact. Somthing a paid site and POF did not do for me.
I talked to one woman who admitted that she was interested in this guy that she has met.
And my last attempt at getting a date was with a woman who initiated contact but had no photo and said nothing in her profile.
But she kept e mailing me.
She lived a bit too far but I thought why not and let's see where this might lead.
So I got a photo- she is very pretty. Why did she not post it?
And we talked. But then I noticed that after she called me an hour earlier than we had agreed on, she was shown to be on line on this site. I guess she had to get back to e mailing other guys.
And I smelled something fishy. I have used personals a lot in the past and I usually know before I meet a woman if it is likely to work out or get a second date.
And I forgot to ask my most important question-was she already dating anyone like so many women seem to do on these site. And she kept mentioning all the friends she had made .
So i e mialed her and she admitted she DID have a boyfirnd in another state she just moved from.
WTF?
I hate women like that.
Just another fake.
The layout is nice. And it is free. And you MIGHT actually go out. I cancelled our meet and greet after I found out about the boyfriend.
So this site has a bit of potential but there is not a huge selection living near me (I live in a major city).
And they ALL seem to have kids which is a turnoff for me. And it is the usual 'I live for my kids and they will always be number one in my life' So a man will always be number two at best?
Overal all, basically a time waster but you might get lucky and get a date-unlike the other two site I belonged to. |
