| Review: | Very Poor Customer Support Service It was simple and easy enough to join and creating custom searches was also a snap. Overall, the quality of available women seemed pretty average and with their interest was more toward relationships and not erotic adventures. I was looking more for erotic adventure so this site does not appear to be for me. However, I only was able to view profiles when I signed up. I have not been able to log into the site ever since the first day I joined up which was in early March of 2009. I forgot my password (my fault as I did not write it down).Clicking the help link, forgot password, and sending my email for help in obtaining my password never gets me a reply. I have attempted this several times and no reply ever! I do not get any email sent to my junk folder and it never gets to my email inbox so the only thing I can surmise is this site does not have any customer support staff!! The other way to contact their customer support department is if you log into the site....but if I can't get into the site then I am S.O.L and also I can't delete my profile unless I also log into the site. Ultimately, it was my error in my being too excited about joining a free dating website and forgetting to write down my password but there should be a way to obtain a reply from a customer support dept for deleting a profile or getting the password. Now, my profile just sits there forever, stuck. |

I have always received a prompt and thorough response from the support staff of MeetingMillionaires.com. You must have been doing something wrong. Seems like the biggest problem is that you were looking for "erotic adventures" on a serious dating site!! |

What does that mean? It means that the various names taht come up as unwitting guys surf the Internet loking for porn or a hookup, are actually giving their money to a much smaller set of businesses, which are recycling the pictures and the listings. I am able to log in but am not able to download photos and have mail I can not open because I am unable to move forward. I am happy I did not join because based on the other comments about poor support services it may not have served me well. However I do see some mail I'd love to be able to open. If this dating site is as bad as it's reported it's a waste of serious members who are searching for love and possibly marriage. |
