Great looking site, excellent service
I joined this about six months ago. I love the look and feel of it, completely different from other sites I've been on. One thing that really sets it apart from the rest is the quick and personal response from customer service when I had a question about something (I can't remember exactly what it was) and there was no FAQ posted. Very impressive, especially considering that this is a free site. Good article section, the matching system is easy and simple to understand, and they've just added a chat feature. |
