Another clueless American who thinks Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are candy bars. You are SUPPOSE to bail yourself out since you got yourself into the mess with charging too much on credit. And bankruptcy was created for those who get in over their head so stop preaching, stop crying and move on. Aren't you on a dating site? ps - conventional loans are most certainly sold to Fannie and Freddie so get a clue hunnie. "Remember the stimulus check President Bush sent out? Yeah? Mine was used to catch up on my mortgage payments. And no, my mortgage did not come from Fannie or Freddie..it's a conventional with a low interest rate. This recession/depression (whatever term you want to use for it) has hit a lot of Americans hard. At the time, I was desperately trying to "save" my credit report by keeping up with my credit card payments, mortgage, and other bills. Yeah, my house was going into foreclosure, I got desperate and let the credit cards go, talked with my employer who told me about "hardship loans" on my 401k, and I bailed MYSELF out of the foreclosure. No help from the government. Did it all myself. Credit cards? Yeah, I'll say it...I now have a Chp 7 Bankruptcy on my credit report. This economy is bad...and I honestly do not see it getting any better.....right now. Is it the fault of this administration? NO, it is not. Not saying this administration is helping it to get better, cause it's not. But don't lay the blame entirely on the doorsteps of this administration...as I've said before, and others have said before, this mess has been building for years, through many administrations. And it's going to take longer than 19 months for it to be "fixed". Also, don't forget, this isn't just an United States recession...this is global...a lot of economies that are connected. What affects us, is affecting others. " |

in my eyes this is a sight with a blog on it and there is no chat any more or religion in the forum now as i see it there is a need for charging them members to go gold or that is it i do not know anything about willy for a start off only the wicked witch in the mid west and that is the worsed thing on that sight everything else is OK Fred |

if one can provoke a response from writing, then that piece of writing was a success, like Willy. i have no idea whether he's got one or not, i would not like to hazard a guess. my advise to you? if you do not like it, do not go there. |

Ridiculous comment from 8/7/10 person. Provocation is not a success. That's like saying bashing afro-americans by calling them the N word and getting a ton of responses is a success. My advise to you? Don't write any responses to anything. ps - I don't go to matchdoctor.com or any other dating sites after seeing these remarks. I would rather remain single and alone than put up with men like "Willy" or the others. |
