| Review: | Plenty of Fish is just as bad as the other sites When this site started in 2003 or around there, Markus Frind, who is the owner of Plenty of Fish, may have had good motives. In the last few years, that has changed. One of the biggest complaints on the site is the poor customer service. The moderators of his forum get away with breaking rules and having bad attitudes. Despite numerous complaints, he won't do anything about it. His site is full of people with mental issues. There is even one member on his site who is a sexual deviant. This person has seeked sex with underage girls. You are better off trying to find a mate in your real life. Think about who would be the type that needs the internet to find a partner? | Review: | I've half a mind to join PlentyOfFish And half a mind is what you'll need! The site is an ad-infested mess where you never find what you're looking for, and they push you around like sheep. One day I was told to reveal my salary or be disadvantaged on the site. A few days later, they make it MANDATORY to tell them about my longest relationship. When I didn't, I received this message: "You can not view or reply to messages until you update your relationship history below." and was barred from accessing my own profile or messages until I'd done as I was told! Sure there are a lot of people on the site. Think of other ghettos in the world that are very densely populated! I would have complained to customer services, but there is no way of contacting P O F that I can find. Even if you try to resign, they make you choose from their pathetic range of reasons for doing it rather than telling them the real reason. As for me, I swam off. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Another take on POF I really resent when men say that ALL the women are subpar on POF. I happen to be above average in looks, I'm educated, I know how to cook and AM NOT FAT. I just started a business so I'm not bringing in too much money and I have a house so I don't have a lot of cash. This seems to irk men because now men are very superficial. After taking you out they think they need payback and I disagree with this. they don't think they should pay for anything because they are no longer men it seems to me. I like an ambitious guy who has a good job, is respectful, and takes care of himself.. and there is nothing wrong with that . Unfortunate ly most men I've met have been fat , cheap, alchoholics or other substance abusers or just don't like women. | Review: | Plenty of Fish is A GREAT SITE - really!! I have not found Mr. Right, but I can say that I have met some quality gentleman on POF and feel that it is a great place to find someone. I am an EE and getting my MS in IT. I have met successful business men, fellow engineers, doctors, lawyers, you name it. And one day I will meet Mr. Right and it very well might be on POF!!! | Review: | Its free, of course there is another story to it, I used this site and came to realize that anyone who says is average is a fatty! I actually met someone and was the biggest disappointment!AVERAGE does not equal 200lbs! It was good to try it since is free, however I find most profiles to be really stupid, Just read some of the girl's profiles! its simple there is a reason why they are there! beware 1 out of 10 is a good find if your lucky, so don't expect wonders.
