| Review: | Plenty of Nothing Basically, it’s trashy. The forums, the admins, the clients are all low rent. I hope people will boycott the site. If your an educated, urban woman don’t waste your time. All you will get is a constant flow of sex laden emails from everyone on the site. The forums are filled with 50+ older women who spend their time insulting men. They look like hillbillies. Here’s their gimmick. They know that women are the bait, so they let women display just the most trashy profiles, pictures and thread posts. I mean your looking at trailer park trash at best. Don’t even bother. The admins look like homeless people, unkempt, illiterate, ugly men. This is how one of them writes .... mY jOb iz tO moRitOr. Totally pathetic site. |

Even though I'm a guy. This review is very accurate. These same women the poster is talking about is on POF, month after month, year after year. They will still be on POF in the year 2020. |

You people are so full of it. Do you both work for pay sites by any chance? I've met some incredible wonderful people through POF and know others who have found their spouses there. Also, I see many of the same people on POF as I see on other sites. I will see them on yahoo or match, for example, then look for them, out of curiosity, at POF. In almost every case I have found them. Obviously if I chose to write them, I do so from POF. If I don't find them, why should I spend $20-$30 a month just to write one or two I couldn't find elsewhere? I have given many hundreds to high priced sites so I could answer letters that lead nowhere. On either the free or pay sites, you can choose to whom you talk and to whom you don't. By the way, you are just as likely to find these people you find undesirable on pay sites. There are all types at every singles site. Paying or not paying has little to do with the site's user base. More and more people are choosing NOT to pay big dollars and rightly so. You get little value for your money on most sites. You pay the same rate per month whether you use the service one day or every day. This means that if you find no one of interest, it's been a total waste of money. Now, if you're looking for the guy who drives a Lamborghini and thinks he's God's gift to humanity, you're right. You're not going to find him on any of these sites. Even the top sites aren't good enough for him. But then again, he probably wouldn't be caught dead talking to the likes of people who write these reviews either. |

Many of the public do not get it in their heads that POF is not free. POF makes tons of money and there is nothing free about a site that dictates that you can only promote them and internet dating in your profile and in their forums. When a guy goes on a so called "free" dating site. Women who are not interested in him will more likely write back e mails and lead on, it seems from my experience. All I have found on POF are trashy women who have more excuses than anyhting and they even make excuses for the guys writing to them. A guy can go to any dingy, dirty stinking bar and find the same kind of women that are on POF. |

You might not like "trashy women", but I do not appreciate pricks. I may be the best looking, drug free, alcohol free, bastard child free, prostitution free, most intelligent "trash" on the site and seeing men hate women that way is terrible and makes me want to vomit. The trash don't want jerks and the jerks don't want trash.. It all comes full circle. |
