| Review: | Good Members but terrible ownership. I realize it's a free site thanks to the owner... but just because you own it and offer it for free shouldn't mean you can take a big crap on members. I opened an account in late 2007- they deleted it. I reopened an account in September of 2008, they deleted it. I reopened an account on January 2009, they deleted it. Finally I reopened an account yesterday, Feb 4, 2009, guess what just happened! I use no profanity, no nudity, not even a hint of sarcasm... Honestly, people, how did they become so big if all they do is play stupid games like this!!! |

POF will ban and delete any guys profile(s), because guys are a dime a dozen on dating sites. A female internet scammer can have a profile on POF forever and tons of them do. |

I HATE, repeat HATE, Frink and his date site. he makes MILLIONS of dollars off his FREE site with google adsense. Fink boast that he works about 5 hours a week on this site and it shows. His miderators think they are God especially one that I can't remember but has a strqange made up name and his profile is full of BS with fake testimonies about how great he is. And of course he is Canadian like Fink. A decent guy is lured into thinking this is great-a free date site with a decent number of women. Every time he liogs on, Fink makes 30.00!!!!! One way Fink is so rich. I found this out after doing some reserach on POF. I have ben ojn and off this site more times than i can remember. The forums are unreal in their meaness and mostly a bunch of bitter women and girly men trying to impress the women into e mailing them by always siding with whatever they write. I wish this site would go out of business along ALL date sites. I have read reviews on every one of any size and NONE work. E harmony has an expecially bad reputation. Never seen anyone happy with this site. And while you think the POF site is free what have i got to lose? Your time . It is nothing but a TIME waster and making a guy that does not deserve it filthy rich. To Marcus Fink-cure cancer or get a REAL job and you are entitled to your money. Scamming lonely guys is the lowest thin in life. May you die a slow and painful death by eating all that POF money you have stoeln by false promises. |

The worst of the worst! I'm a successful guy in great shape good personality and I tried this Plenty of shit site.. I think the fact that its free brings the worst class of people on here.. I honestly believe the fake's, the phony's and frauds all come to this site.. 99.99% of the women don't respond.. I was on a few years ago and came back to give it another try only to find a lot of the same idiots women as last time looking for there knight in shinning armor(good luck).. such a waste this site is.. |

I dont think its fake cos have yet to come across a girl try to scam me...the problem is finding a girl that respons at all! Even the unattractive ones rarely do. Even those that do respond disappear after 2 mails! never had anyone on this site actually interessted in me (and been on it for 3 years and sent well over 300 mails. Though have found 2 friends which is very low sucsess rate! If you are looking for love i wouldnt recommend it youd have better luck knocking on houses at random or walking out at 2am when theres no one there! That said it is free (unless you end up paid member am certanly not doing that!) i rarely use it it seems such a waste of time though. |
