| Review: | Save your money. This is a website that promises much and delivers little. I am in no way satisfied by my experience at Chemistry.com. I have gone for weeks without new matches, and people on the site are very unresponsive. The customer service is horrendous, lacking in depth knowledge or compassion for the customer. You work hard for your money. Don't waste it with this site. |

The reason that you almost don't get responces back is that only paying members can answer communications. That means that you get matched and send a communication to someone that cannot even respond (statistically only 2-5% of the members of a dating site are paying members). Worst of that - thay might gotten married or, went abroad, yet their profile is still on that site. It's not easy to get rid of it. I did the mistake of subscribing to this site, and regretted after 1 day. Their customer service (that, by the way, do answer quite fast), "forgot" to mention some other facts as well, but I'm too lazy to write about it. |

I have had more guys saying they are widowed running scams. It was never that bad on Match.com. I had one guy, that I never met, tell he was stuck in London and needed money to get back and that he was good for it. A lot of players on there. I was shocked! Don't waste your time or money. |
