Review: A total rip-off
I signed-up for Perfect Match on a whim. As far as I could tell, signing-up was the only way to see the potential for matches on the site. After seeing what/who was on the site, I decided that I was not interested in being a member. That is when I discovered their no-refund policy. Any other site I've been on has at least a 24 hour cancelation policy. Not PerfectMatch.com. Once you give them your credit card, you are on the hook for $100 and 4 months -- no exceptions. I decided to make the best of it and use the 4 months that I paid for, though I did cancel the renewal. It has been 2 1/2 monthes and I have yet to recieve any matches. The people I write back to do not write back. It is as though I have fallen off the site. On other sites, even when you cancel the renewal, they continue to send you matches until the termination date. Apparently not PerfectMatch.com. For as much has my subscrition has done for me, I might as well have tossed $100 into the paper shredder. I caution you to not waste your time with this site. There are much better (and fun) ways to spend your $100 and possibly find a date.
