| Review: | Bait? The customer service was very lame. Further, a customer satisfaction survey was so poorly written that it made me wonder if there was only one Oz behind the curtain and he/she was flying solo as THE eharmony employee. A question to customer service typically netted a canned responses full of assurances. I was matched often to men booted out of the eharmony club. The information given was slim, so I knew little about the matches. MOST IMPORTANT, I started to suspect that the whole game was to get a user to keep renewing by any means possible. Matching me to those with expired memberships? Probably matching men with me, after my membership had expired. Both of us getting emails about a match "contacting" the other? I also wondered if they got real busy finding matches as the membership was about to expire. I suspected that they did lots of baiting to generate renewed interest and more money. |
