| Review: | mixed bag of guys, but a really fun night well... i dont know how to sum this up but i had a really fun night. there were a couple of awkward guys and i can tell you that 8 minutes with them kinda dragged on, but there were some really cute guys too. i ended up dating one for a couple of months, didnt go anywhere but was ok while it lasted. but what ended up being the best part was i met some of the other girls there and weve been out together since. so it was a good way to meet guys and new girlfriends. | Review: | Agree with the person who called it a Scam This is the most unprofessional (bordering on con-artists) group I have ever had the displeasure of trying! I joined their site, created a profile, and signed up for a speed dating event. I got all the appropriate confirmation/information emails, so it started off well enough. However when I arrived at the location, the hostess for the event was not there. In fact she never showed up, and never bothered to call or email any of the participants to warn us that she would not be there. In fact no messages or apologies about it were ever sent to us (the participants) after the fact. When I called their 800 number to ask for a refund, I basically got the runaround. First it was "Oh, I'm sorry, we'll issue a refund right away!". Then a week later, no refund, so I called again. "Oh, I'm sorry, I'll look into it and give you a call back." A week later, no phone call, so I call again. "Oh, our headquarters are in Australia and I have to wait for authorization from them..." At that point I finally realized they were conning me, and reported them to my credit card company. You've been warned... Fast Life (or FastLife) Speed Dating is a total hack shop, they will take your money and give you nothing in return. Stay away! Comments [ 2 ] |

| Review: | Really Well Run Great concept, and fastlife do a really good job of running it - I've gone a couple of times now and been impressed with the quality of women that have been there. The locations and food have been excellent, things seem to run smoothly, and they have great hosts who know how to keep things on track while still making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. | Review: | Classy event Really not at all bad. seems to attract a better bunch than other events I've been to. Don't know whether the event I went to was typical, but by the sounds of the other comments i'd say it was. The open bar is a nice touch and makes for a much more sophisticated experience, it really did feel quite special rather than the meat market feeling you get at Hurry Date. | Review: | I can't beleive I didn't do this before It's so simple I can't believe it. I have to agree with the dude above, this is the best way to meet women EVER! I don;t know what other speed dating companies are like as I've only been to Fast life, but I'll be back as I got 4 matches with HOT CHICKS. Went on 2 dates the following weekend and scored. | Review: | Fast Life Speed Dating better that expected I came across the post below relating to Fast Life speed dating as I wanted to see what other people's experience had been. My feeling is taht as a guy its a great way to meet girls. Mainly because the guys aren't up to the calibre of the girls. So ifyou can string 2 words together and aren't a complete nerd you're in with a good chance.I've been speed dating before where you have 3 or 4 minute dates which isn't enough, so the 8 minutes you get here was better. Best of all though is the drinks policy - free flowing all night. I took full advantage - rude not to - and you could see the party atmosphere develop. Everyone was having a great time. I've given it a 5 / 10 for accuracy of singles profiles as even though they say they match people, they only ask personality related questions, no interests, so I don't know how well they could match.
